厚生労働省の発表を受けまして、2023 年 3 月 13 日以降、
会員の皆様のスタジオ内でのマスクの着用は任意とさせていただくことをお知らせ致します。
新型コロナウィルスの対策といたしまして、引き続き下記の対応策を実施してまいります。
<スタジオ内の取り組み>
– スタジオでは十分な換気を継続して行なっています。
– 1 週間持続する抗菌化スプレーを使用した抗菌化と、1 時間毎のアルコール除菌を行います。
– レッスン中の隣の方との距離は十分に確保しています。
– マシン清掃用タオルは、使い捨てタオルを使用致します。
<スタッフ・講師の取り組み>
– 出勤前の検温を実施しています。
– こまめな手指の消毒及び手洗いを徹底します。
– スタッフ・講師はスタジオ内でマスクを着用いたします。
<お客様へのご協力のお願い>
– スタジオ来館時に検温のご協力をお願いいたします。
37.5 度以上の熱がある方はご受講をお断りしておりますので、予めご了承ください。
– 咳、発熱、倦怠感など体調のすぐれない方は、クラスのご受講をお控えください。
– ご来館時、検温及び手指の消毒をお願いいたします。

Dear BDC PILATES Members,
In response to the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, we would like to
inform you that the wearing of masks in the studios will be optional (up to the individual’s
discretion) after March 13, 2023.
Please note that the policy may change in the future depending on the environment and the
government’s announcements.
As a countermeasure against the new strain of coronavirus, we will continue to implement the
following measures.
(1) Measures in the studio
– We continue to provide sufficient ventilation in the studio.
– We use an antimicrobial spray that lasts for one week and sanitize with alcohol every hour.
– We maintain a sufficient distance from the person next to you during lessons.
– We use disposable towels for machine cleaning.
(2) About staff and instructors
– We take temperature before coming into the studios.
– We will ensure frequent disinfection of hands and hand washing.
– Staff and instructors will wear masks in the studio.
(3) Requests to all members
– We ask for your cooperation in taking your temperature when you come to the studio, and
please note that we will not allow anyone with a fever of 37.5 degrees celsius or higher to
attend classes.
– Please refrain from attending class if you have a cough, fever, fatigue, or any other symptoms
of illness.
– Please take your temperature and disinfect your hands when you come to the studio.
