About my lesson
I try to instantly recognize the unique patterns of each client’s body movements and provide the best approach to fulfil individual’s needs. My session aims to support everyone’s learning of functional movements with joy and share the many benefits Pilates can bring about for everyone.
My experience of various disciplines- golf, marathon, basketball, swimming, gym training and dance, of course, allow me to recognize the needs of various clients and tailor training approach to improve their performance. Lived in New York for 10 years as a professional dancer and a Pilates instructor. Certified Sport Nutritionist.
