About myself
Up till 13 years ago, I was an office worker and a house wife and did not have much to do with fitness. To lose the weight I gained giving birth to my second child, I started working out where I got a back injury. To fix the issue, I started taking Pilates and that is how I entered this world of Pilates. I was inspired by the depth of the method as I took more lessons and decided to study to become an instructor myself.
Lived in Singapore for 14 years, and returned to Japan in January 2019. Mother of 4 children.

About my lessons
In my Pilates lessons, I try to bring awareness to the spine and deep muscles within our bodies. I believe the recognition and adjustments of our unconscious muscle movements is crucial to obtaining a correct well-balanced posture.

About myself
I lived in Johannesburg, South Africa for 20 years. Previously worked in a corporate world, got married and eventually sought out new inspiration in Pilates. Coming from a non-athletic background, I gained many inspirations from my own body that was once stiff and inflexible and the benefits of Pilates was such a joy. I continue to attend various workshops and continue my education to further deepen my knowledge.
