I played handball for 14 years since junior high school and I joined a professional league after graduating from college. After my retirement from handball, I met Pilates and was impressed by the values it can bring. As I was working as a dance professional in New York, I felt that strong core and body were essential. With a recommendation from my dance teacher, I decided to get my Pilates teaching certification. Having experience in ballet and jazz dance as a child, I became an instructor after starting aerobics during pregnancy. I was teaching aerobics from kids to various ages. In addition, I have 19 years of experience teaching fitness such as Step and Zumba. When aerobics was in its heyday, I had a back pain and met Pilates. As I continued, my back pain recovered, and from that experience I went on to studying Pilates. Three and a half years ago, Pilates also helped with my ligament injury surgery (from playing soccer with my child) and knee rehabilitation.

After graduation, moved to a team in America. Participated in the world tournament for 5 consecutive years and was ranked 1st and 2nd as a team.
